a. Web-Enabled Applications Development



Globalization has changed the essence of today’s market, and with the continued development of the Internet, not only has this evolutionary system changed how people around the world live, it has also changed how organizations conduct their businesses. Nowadays many organizations recognize the dire need to embrace the potentials allowed by the Internet to further expand their reaches and consequently, evolve.

b. Legacy Systems Integration

To keep up with the dynamic speed of today’s economy, businesses are required to Web-enable their legacy systems. TIR, with its team of business consultants, designers and web-enablers are able to provide end-to-end services to web-enabled legacy systems. Either using off-the-shelf middleware technology, TIR is able to revitalize legacy applications into Web-enabled real-time online systems.

Web-enabling legacy systems use the power of the Internet to integrate customers and business partners, to cross system boundaries, and to provide seamless integration of services. TIR will assimilate interface connection with the back-end systems and the integration of various electronic front-end delivery channels and legacy applications. By Web-enabling and maintaining the present systems, TIR is protecting investments made by the clients on their legacy systems.

TIR is also preparing itself to venture into WAP (Wireless Application Protocol), the use of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and other end-user devices as a means of delivery and to interface m-commerce with legacy systems.

Support21’s main feature is the Centralized Helpdesk Services. It assures clients a fast, immediate and reliable support with features such as on-line tracking facilities to track requests and complaints.

The centralized helpdesk coupled with Support21 onsite preventive and corrective maintenance service will free clients of all hardware & software worries. With a quick response time (2 hours response time for Klang Valley area) it ensures the shortest downtime possible. This service could be further expanded to include our onsite personnel located at our client’s premises. Now TIR also provides National Support* for all our potential clients to provide them with the best consulting and helpdesk service offered today.

Network Infrastructure Services



The era of e-business on demand requires superlative networking capabilities.

With this in mind TIR provides its customers with today’s most extensive LAN and WAN topology. We also provide our customers with network management services for the support and maintenance of the organization’s network. The network management services are also applicable for the organization’s existing network.

b. Virtual Reality Centres

In collaboration with SGI, TIR provides services and solutions to create, design, develop and implement (Virtual) Reality Centres. Reality Centres are often the centrepieces of very important reviews in the discovery process as well as the presentation centre of choice.
